The Role of Casual Sales AssistantThis customer-focused role requires a dynamic individual to drive customer loyalty and sales through personalized service. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional service, inspiring customers with your passion for our products, and continuously developing your service skills and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers, answering their queries and providing a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist customers with security tags and support colleagues on nearby tills when needed.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience, exceeding customer expectations and driving sales.
- Style customers with attention to detail, actively listening to their needs and introducing them to multi-channel services.
- Resolve customer queries effectively, face-to-face or over the phone.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and contribute to in-store events, providing ideas and feedback to improve.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and take an active role in loss prevention.
