About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Amicus. As a key member of our US team in Manchester, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and deliver top tech talent to our clients in the US
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with our award-winning training program to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of £25,000
  • A superb uncapped commission scheme with potential earnings of up to £100,000

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a resource/headhunter/delivery consultant in the tech industry
  • A willingness to listen, learn and succeed
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on building rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Takes an enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges
