About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lean Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Mercury Hampton Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in implementing lean principles and improving production efficiency.

About the Job:

  1. Implement lean principles and improve production efficiency across our manufacturing operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  4. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to support business growth.

About You:

  • You will have a degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or manufacturing.
  • You will have significant experience in manufacturing process engineering, ideally with a track record of implementing process improvements.
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £41,000 - £46,000 per annum.
