Senior Quantity Surveyor

**About the Role**

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key part in the commercial team, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on managing projects from a commercial perspective, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide clear, timely, and accurate information, advice, and reports to the commercial team, external clients, and the board.
* Support senior members of the team in the day-to-day management and delivery of projects.
* Ensure deadlines are actively managed and progress is reported to supervisors as required.
* Follow the company's quality assurance process on all projects.
* Ensure standard documentation is used when presenting any external information.
* Attend, contribute, and minute meetings.
* Carry out site visits/inspections.
* Work across a number of different projects where applicable.
* Undertake relevant training as required by the organisation.
* Complete weekly timesheets.
* Demonstrate effective project management skills in all tasks.
* Meet or exceed target efficiency percentage for billable hours.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 0-4 years' experience in fit-out, refurbishment, building, or facilities maintenance sectors.

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000.
* Car allowance or package.
* Hybrid working arrangement.
