The Opportunity
Are you looking to start your career in the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Bodyshop Administrator to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Bodyshop Administrator, you will be responsible for reporting delays and back-order information on Bodyshop orders for internal and external customers. You will also oversee high spending accounts, take initiative to find alternative Bodyshop supplies, and perform administration duties covering internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting delays and back-order information on Bodyshop orders
- Overseeing high spending accounts
- Initiative-taking by finding alternative Bodyshop supplies
- Administration duties covering internal systems
- Building rapport with internal sites/staff and external customers
- Dealing with customers on orders and keeping them up to date daily
Training and Qualifications
You will receive comprehensive training and will have the opportunity to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, including Functional Skills if required.
Career Progression
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress to management level and beyond within the company.
Future Prospects
97% of our apprentices have progressed onto full-time employment, and many have gone on to senior roles and management positions.
