Working closely with the Programme Director and General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating academic programmes, developing new course materials, managing EFL teacher appointments, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement academic programme plans.
  2. Manage EFL teacher appointments and contracts.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  4. Liaise with UK state and independent schools to secure long-term programme placements.
  5. Assume responsibility for the pastoral and educational needs of long-term students.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £28-30k per annum, and opportunities for career development and growth.

Able to work extended hours if required, the successful candidate must possess excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to travel regularly.
