Job Description:

The Head of Project Delivery will be responsible for leading the Futures Clearing project from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met. This includes acquiring memberships from key derivatives exchanges/clearing houses based in the UK/EU and implementing front-office, middle/back-office systems to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with CLSA Global Markets Pte Ltd's business objectives.
  • Negotiate with key derivatives exchanges, clearing houses, system vendors, and other external stakeholders to facilitate the process of obtaining memberships and launching front/middle/back-office systems.
  • Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential obstacles and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial services industry, with experience on clearing and derivatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results within defined timelines and budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential project risks and issues.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
