About the Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Nurse Associate to join our Community Nursing Team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

As a Nurse Associate, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a team, using your skills and expertise to promote patient-centered care. You will also have opportunities to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
