You will also mentor and lead the Client Relationship Managers and Business Development sector team, ensuring consistent and quality support. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Substantial business development and client development experience within a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential.

Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
