**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Support Workers. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with household chores.
- Encourage clients to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their mental and physical health.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and support, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
