Care and Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality individualised care and support for each resident.
Your role is to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, putting residents' needs first. You will be responsible for providing physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual's needs.
The successful candidate will have a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote residents' privacy, dignity, and independence
- Provide a wide range of support, including physical, social, emotional, and psychological support
- Create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £18,500-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer full training and support for this role.
