Lead Pizzaiolo

Bart & Taylor is embarking on an exciting expansion project with Trickle, a brand-new Bar & Pizzeria in East Croydon. To succeed in this venture, we seek a highly skilled Lead Pizzaiolo who can create and execute a compelling menu that showcases artisanal pizza-making techniques.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a diverse range of tasks, from menu development to team leadership. As part of our operations team, you will contribute to the overall success of Trickle and help shape the culinary identity of Bart & Taylor.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating innovative pizza recipes and contributing to menu development
• Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
• Developing and leading training programs for kitchen staff
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
