We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at JW Lees The Boot & Shoe in Lancaster. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and engagement with the local community.

The Boot & Shoe is a popular community pub with a large beer garden and a well-regarded function suite. We are proud of our commitment to quality and excellence, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

As a General Manager at JW Lees, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business and contribute to our continued success. You will be accountable for managing all areas of the business, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
