As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the bank's Compliance/Regulatory framework - policies and procedures, ensuring proportionate alignment to the bank's TOM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Group and senior stakeholders, with oversight of local business units
  • Facilitate and attend committees/forums; producing reporting packs, data and insights suitable for Group & Local Committees and Forums
  • Oversee, challenge and ensure all relatable frameworks, SYSC in place are suitable for the Group
  • Significant knowledge of Regulatory themes such as Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, SMCR
Requirements:
  • Retail banking, (un)secured lending or related 6 years Regulatory Risk, Policy & Governance experience within a retail bank or related industry
  • We will consider Regulatory lawyers with the above experience, who will be able to hit the ground running and operate as Group Dept. Head of Compliance
What We Offer:
  • £60,000 / £80,000 plus bonus and benefits
  • 3 days per week in Manchester
