We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman & Design Engineer to join our team at Teespro Recruitment Ltd. As a Mechanical Draughtsman & Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering mechanical engineering solutions for our clients in the Hydrogen, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and Process Industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and create engineering solutions.
- Review project specifications and assist clients with creating project specifications, BOMs, 2D/3D GADs, and detailed descriptions of operations.
- Interpret site survey data to produce 2D drawings and 3D models of surveyed equipment.
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and end-users to ensure trust and confidence in our work.
- Visit sites to gain a better understanding of project requirements and liaise directly with site teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Competent with 2D and 3D AutoCAD (or equivalent drawing package).
- Understanding of mechanical equipment application in industrial process operations.
You will be joining a well-established and respected local SME business. This opportunity will enable you to be an important part of a growing business and add real value to our operations. You will receive a salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 and additional company benefits.
