About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland.

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care and support to service users in their own homes
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high standards of care
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Reside in Northern Ireland
  • Hold a full driving license and have use of a car
  • Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotational rota
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Registered or willing to register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)
  • Undergo an enhanced Access NI check
