Working Pattern

This is a part-time role, with a regular working pattern of 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus one day for staff training.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary

The salary for this role is £18, £19,813.00 Annually (Actual)ETA Grade 6, Cover Supervisor Grade 7.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Educational Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor in English. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of English teaching staff and the SEND department to implement and oversee agreed work programmes with individual and small groups of students by supporting progress through intervention.

This will involve working collaboratively with staff and students, demonstrating a respectful and caring attitude towards everyone in school. Experience of working with children in a school environment and having the appropriate literacy to support students is essential.
