As a Sales Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while delivering exceptional service to clients. Your proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and valid driver's license will be essential in this role.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Maintain excellent communication with sellers to ensure a seamless sales process and maximize client satisfaction.
• Conduct accurate property valuations to meet client expectations and drive business success.
• Utilize existing networks to expand business opportunities and drive growth.
• Contribute to the development of the Land & New Homes sector, leveraging your expertise to drive business forward.
• Assist in creating professional property marketing materials and state-of-the-art property tour videos for social media platforms.

• A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• An OTE of £60 - £70,000 per annum.
