Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a cover supervisor in a secondary school environment.
The successful candidate will have the confidence to deliver lessons, follow lesson plans accurately and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons to students in the absence of the main classroom teacher
- Follow lesson plans accurately and manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Have knowledge of different special educational needs and experience working with children with different educational needs is advantageous
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cover supervisor (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience working with young people and children
- Strong behaviour management skills/classroom presence
- Passionate about education and making a difference
- Currently studying a teacher training course or thinking of it in the future and wanting to gain invaluable classroom experience
- Be reliable, organised and hard working
What We Offer
Flexible, full-time hours and competitive pay rates of £95-130 per day (dependent upon experience).
