Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

The Siamo Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in electro-mechanical maintenance to work with a leading manufacturer in a thriving firm.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave entitlement, two paid shut-downs, free parking, health insurance, and external training qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems is essential, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues, performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities. They will also assist in equipment upgrades, calibration, and testing, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
