As a key member of the Goals team, the Assistant Manager will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our facilities. Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all employees, including Team Members, Cleaners, and Maintenance staff, to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of business development plans to drive football income and grow the business.
  • Assist the General Manager with recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
  • Ensure sound administration procedures are followed and Company reporting procedures are adhered to.
  • Implement the Company Health & Safety policy and maintain staff training.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to maintain strong team communications and chair occasional meetings with other staff members.
  • Ensure cash and stock reconciliation procedures are followed as per Company policy.
  • Maintain facilities, fixtures, and fittings to a high standard internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the ordering of stock/goods and services to ensure smooth operation.
