About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Support Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team at our Elland office. This full-time, office-based role requires you to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Process Transactions Efficiently:
    • Manage high volumes of transactions, including invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Resolve Queries and Discrepancies:
    • Assist in solving accounts-related queries and addressing debit note discrepancies, ensuring prompt and effective solutions for stakeholders.
  • Maintain Stakeholder Relationships:
    • Foster positive relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure clear communication and efficient processing of Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Support AP Organisation and Compliance:
    • Contribute to AP record-keeping and general housekeeping, ensuring accurate, accessible documentation and assisting in day-to-day AP operations to meet department goals.
About You

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and confident individual with a can-do attitude. As a Financial Transactions Support Specialist, you will be adaptable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. A minimum of 2 years' experience within a transactional purchase ledger role is essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday with the option to buy more.
