Intern Feasibility EMEA Role

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern Feasibility EMEA. This role will provide market analysis on potential opportunities and support the EMEA Feasibility & Strategic Growth team with administrative duties such as compiling market data and performing research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and maintain relevant databases on economics and tourism statistics, market intelligence, hotel supply and demand, etc.
  • Assist with analyzing data and presenting findings in written documentation
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base through specific and targeted assignments in relevant areas of interest
  • Prepare feasibility studies for EMEA projects
  • Maintain the EMEA hotel database and EMEA library
  • Responsible for producing the monthly internal HotelNews article
  • Support the employee engagement committee in organizing activities/initiatives under 3 pillars: People, Community, and Sustainability
Complexity, Scope, and Financial Responsibility

The activities and contribution of the Intern Feasibility EMEA will impact the performance of the business. They will act on behalf of the business to reduce risk by implementing company policies. They will be required to exercise sound judgment and integrity at all times to ensure confidentiality of protected information.

The candidate will possess strong communication, organization, and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Real Estate, or a similar field. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, and an additional language would be an advantage. The candidate must be a highly capable user of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Organizational Relationships

The Intern Feasibility EMEA will report to the Head of Feasibility & Strategic Growth EMEA and work closely with the EMEA Development team.

Compensation and Benefits

The Intern will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 gross per annum, prorated for the duration of the internship, and 25 days of holidays per annum (accrued basis).
