About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team at Brookeson, a leading engineering company based in Small Heath, Birmingham. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for working on sheet metal fabrications, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and performing tack welding using Tig welders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on sheet metal fabrications
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
  • Perform tack welding using Tig welder
  • Utilize Mig, Mag, and Tig welding techniques
  • Engage in structural fabricating and Mig welding
  • Maintain high accuracy in work
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sheet metal fabrication, skilled in Mig and Tig welding/tacking, particularly with stainless steel. You should be able to work under minimal supervision in a busy environment and have all-round fabrication skills. Preferably, you should reside within a 15-mile radius of Birmingham.
