Main Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive reports of a highly professional standard in a range of procedures.
  • Apply clinical judgement to act on reports in an unsupervised manner.
  • Develop and maintain highly specialized knowledge and skill in at least one specialist area.
  • Clinical supervision of testing in this area.
  • Design and implement relevant policies and procedures.
  • Calculate costs for each procedure.
  • Liaise with staff to develop training programs.
  • Evaluate competency levels through peer assessment.
  • Manage stock control and consumable costs.
  • Sustain optimal equipment functionality.
  • Conduct research and audits to enhance services.
  • Prioritize patient care and deliver results-oriented reports.
