Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager – UK&I

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs specialist to manage and support a portfolio of consumer healthcare brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement regulatory strategies for consumer healthcare brands.
  • Regulatory Applications and Maintenance
    • Prepare and submit regulatory applications and maintain existing marketing authorisations.
  • Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance
    • Monitor local regulatory intelligence and ensure compliance with external, local, regional legislation and internal compliance obligations.
  • Collaboration and Representation
    • Collaborate with commercial and R&D teams to ensure regulatory best practice.
    • Represent the company in audits and inspections.
  • Regulatory Advice and Due Diligence
    • Provide regulatory advice and perform due diligence for product acquisitions and distributor agreements.
  • Regulatory Awareness and Best Practice
    • Maintain strong awareness and knowledge of current regulatory legislation and ensure regulatory best practice at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Background in consumer healthcare in a local (UK) role.
    • Experience in planning, conducting and managing regulatory submissions and multiple projects.
    • Proven project management skills.
    • Robust understanding of regulatory environment, interaction with the Regulatory Authorities, commercial/strategic awareness.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Pharmaceutical or scientific university degree would be an advantage.
