We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production facility, adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize plant efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular plant inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety awareness and promote a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track and analyze maintenance activities.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and machinery.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance budgets and resource allocation plans.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance-related policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
