About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Cirencester Delivery Office. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting and sanitising surfaces safely and professionally.

Previous cleaning experience is desired but not essential. What's more important is your ability to work independently, manage your time effectively and communicate with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

You will have the opportunity to work from 09:00am to 12:00pm on either a solo basis or as part of a team, depending on the specific requirements of the role.

About You

If you're a detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for spotting areas for improvement, we'd love to hear from you. You'll also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.

Working Arrangements

This is a part-time position, with an estimated 17.25 hours per week, Monday – Saturday. You'll be entitled to 22.5 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 5 years' service, plus bank holidays and other benefits outlined below.
