Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider HR team at RGF Staffing UK Limited. Reporting to an HR Adviser, this key position will be involved in various HR operational activities and project work, primarily assigned to client groups comprising fee earners and business services teams.
As part of the HR team, the Human Resources Generalist will work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, HR Systems, and Learning & Development departments, as well as other support departments when required.
This varied role serves as the first point of contact for general HR queries and support across the entire employee lifecycle. Main responsibilities include:
- Effective HR administration
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Payroll and benefits management
- HR Systems management and maintenance
- Policies development, knowledge sharing, and strategic HR function growth
The ideal candidate should possess experience working within the Legal sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on HR operations and contribute to the success of the organization.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional who can provide expert HR support to our teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including access to training and development opportunities.
