Global Immigration Senior Manager

Join a dynamic team at JAM Recruitment Ltd as a Global Immigration Senior Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in global corporate immigration work.

The Role:
  • Oversee service delivery, including writing and signing off advice, adhering to SLAs and KPIs, and reviewing casework as needed.
  • Advise on complex global immigration issues and support the team with complex issues, including escalations, delivering solutions, and viable options.
  • General management: monitor team members' performance, identify training and development needs, and ensure the team receives sufficient support and coaching.
  • Take on a Performance Manager role and contribute to the team's overall development, providing support and assistance to the Director in relation to team, client service, and financial strategies.
  • Lead on Risk Management for the Team, oversee new client onboarding, scoping services, contracting, pricing, and oversee all aspects of financial management.
