Job Details:

Location: Chichester

Contract: Freelance

Rate: Up to £450 per day outside IR-35

Job Type: Freelance

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all relevant health and safety documents are correctly recorded and maintained.
  2. Supervise work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with method statements and work instructions from the project manager.
  3. Recognise the importance of health and safety considerations in all tasks and contribute to ensuring safe working environments for all.
  4. Support the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards as required by statute and in accordance with Safety Policies.
  5. Have a strong understanding of technical MEICA works and control panels and control systems.
  6. Supervise the installation of process packages and field pipework in a water process environment.
  7. Complete documentation and equipment checks.
  8. Prepare the setup of instrumentation and scaling instruments back to the main control system.
  9. Adhere to all H&S legislation, documentation, and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Strong background in the water industry.
  2. CSCS qualified for managing safely.
  3. Must have wastewater experience.
  4. First Aid 3 day course.
  5. Valid Full UK Driving Licence.
  6. Ability to deliver water projects to time, cost, and quality.
  7. Confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility.
Desirable:
  1. Ambitious and dynamic personality.
  2. Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries.
  3. Commitment to delivering projects to a high standard.
  4. Ideal candidate will have 5 years water and MEICA experience.
