Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, including divorce, cohabitee disputes, and private law children matters. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees
  • Providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner
  • Delivering an exceptional quality of service to clients
  • Managing outstanding invoices and debtor's collection in an efficient and timely way
  • Assisting in the business development activities of the firm

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in family law
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to manage a complex caseload and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
