Digital Marketing Specialist for Lifestyle Brands

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive PPC Executive to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution. As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for our clients, driving business growth and revenue through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up campaigns from scratch, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign activation
- Take ownership of paid media account optimisations and testing
- Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to achieve specific ROI objectives for each client
- Monitor budgets and performance across our client portfolio
- Support in collating activity and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, calls, and meetings
About You:
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with Google Ads
- Highly proficient in Google Ads with proven experience managing PPC campaigns
- Experience using Google Ads Editor to build and optimize campaigns
- Able to demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of how paid media fits into a wider marketing strategy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy agency environment
