**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled RF IC Design Engineer to join our team at PHASOR in Cambridge, UK. As a key member of our ASIC Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for designing high-performance analog circuits for our satellite communications products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in RF and analog circuit design, with experience in deep sub-micron technology and EM modeling tools such as RFPro or EMX. You will work closely with our engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for tomorrow's satcom antennas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Designing high-performance analog/RF circuits in deep sub-micron technology
  • Developing innovative architectures and circuit implementations for RF blocks such as PA, LNA, VGA, Phase shifters, Power Splitters/combiners
  • Collaborating with CAD, process technology, package design, Antenna & hardware teams
  • Co-ordinating and managing design activities with other colleagues and external technical contractors

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in RF, Analog and Mixed-Signal IC design (preferably 15GHz or higher operating frequencies)
  • Excellent understanding of state-of-the-art RF CMOS circuit design and transceiver architectures
  • Experience in designing high performance Analog/RF circuits in deep sub-micron technology as well as a strong analytical approach
