We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join our team at SOUTH WEST RECRUITMENT, a leading provider of test system solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and developing electronic systems.

As a Senior Electronics Design and Development Lead, you will be responsible for generating electrical/electronic design specifications, preparing cost estimates, and acting as a lead technical engineer on projects.

You will work closely with our manufacturing department to inform and answer queries during the assembly/test stages, and provide technical guidance to colleagues and customers when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a formal engineering qualification in electronic/electrical design, a strong understanding of analogue and digital interface circuits, and experience of designing test equipment.

This is a great opportunity to work with a world-class company that provides high-quality, high-performance automated test equipment to various industries.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, and access to a national employee rewards scheme.
