Job Title: Project Coordinator

Greenview Gas is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical installation, heating installation and servicing, property maintenance and improvements, and sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and record them efficiently to meet job standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Log and assign response maintenance calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Process operatives' paperwork and close calls for payment.
  • Meet service levels and contract terms to ensure work orders are completed on time.
  • Support cross-training team members to cover all aspects of the contract.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks and liaise with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Escalate issues or concerns to line manager or client as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by management.
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • Fluent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer focus and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and develop good working relationships.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
