Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Payback Supervisor to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. As a Community Payback Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising work groups of offenders serving a community sentence, ensuring that all tasks are carried out to the best of their ability.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of community payback and the ability to work effectively with service users, colleagues, and external agencies. You will be responsible for managing a quality service, working together with colleagues, and contributing to the rehabilitative potential of the sentence.

The role requires a flexible approach, with start times from 7.45 PM and weekend shifts, including either a Saturday or Sunday. You must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence, which is a mandatory technical requirement for this role.
