Job Title: Cloud Solution Architect

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions that will drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement technology strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure roadmaps that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business objectives and ensure adherence to IT governance policies
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud technologies, including Microsoft and equivalent suites
  • Lead the development of cloud technology roadmaps and standards, and make use of Enterprise Architecture toolkits
  • Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technology domains, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Serverless Resources, and Cloud Security
  • Wide-ranging technical understanding and exposure to Microsoft and equivalent cloud environments
  • Strong track record of designing, developing, and deploying cost-effective, secure, and supportable solutions aligned to business strategy and outcomes
  • Experience of technology landscape supporting infrastructure-as-code and automation of cloud resource deployment
  • Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, and/or ISO 27001, or equivalent architecture, service management, and security frameworks and best practice
