This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning and successful completion of all Mains Renewal activity across the south region. As the appointed Principal Contractor under CDM (Construction Design Management) Rules, you'll coordinate and manage the construction phase, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved.

Set and direct the strategy for the regional area, collaborating with peers to drive the overall AMP8 Mains Renewal strategy. You'll hold overall responsibility for a team of up to 150 people, including Network Construction Managers, Logistics Managers, and Reinstatement Managers.

Effective communication is crucial, as you'll discuss project processes with internal and external stakeholders. Travel is required, so you'll need to hold a full UK driving license.
