We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in the Southern region, based at our Wimborne Chase Development.
Job Overview:This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, local market information, competitors, and unique selling points to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Ensuring adherence to Bloor Homes' Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy, promoting a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
- Initiating approaches to prospects, recording, and following up on visitors, utilizing Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system to track progress.
- Taking reservations, processing paperwork with speed and accuracy, and educating purchasers on financial and legal aspects of the sales process.
- Experience in sales within the new house building industry.
- Proven sales skills and effective negotiation abilities.
- Able to recognize key buying signals.
- Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
- A full UK driving license.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. With a competitive bonus scheme and generous commission structure, this opportunity offers a lucrative package for the right candidate.
