Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team at Future Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Your role will involve assisting teachers with lesson planning, implementing individual learning plans, and creating a supportive learning environment. You will also be responsible for managing behaviour and promoting positive social interactions.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or SEN experience. However, this is not essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available.
