**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team at ECS Resource Group Ltd. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build and maintain reports within ServiceNow
* Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules as needed
* Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance
* Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems
* Develop and maintain documentation for processes, policies, and procedures
* Provide user training and support
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
