Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Resuscitation Programme Manager to join our team at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing Resuscitation Council (UK) and Advanced Life Support Group Courses, as well as providing specialist clinical advice on complex documentation and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing resuscitation training programmes across the Trust, ensuring compliance with national guidelines.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners to deliver high-quality resuscitation education.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resuscitation care and services.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
