We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Team Performance Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently exceeding sales targets.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and values to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

With a competitive salary of $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or a related field, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of our brand values and products.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
