About the Role

As a Trainee Dealer, you'll participate in our exclusive Grosvenor Gaming Academy, where you'll master dealing popular games such as Roulette and Blackjack. You'll learn the essential skills and confidence to succeed in this licensed, responsible position.

Our Trainee Dealer program offers a clear career progression route, with opportunities to move into Senior Dealer, Inspector, and Gaming Supervisor roles. You'll have the chance to step into a management role and take your career to the next level.
