SEN Outreach Educator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering personalized tutoring sessions in community settings, students' homes, or occasionally online.
- Adapting and differentiating lesson plans to engage students with SEN or emotional/behavioural challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records of each session, tracking attendance, progress, and any behavioural or academic challenges or achievements.
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, school staff, and other professionals to support each student's progress.
