Job Title: Director (Cost Management) - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Real Estate Cost Management Division. As a key member of our award-winning team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-performing property developers, blue-chip real estate businesses, and household names.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on Cost Management commissions in a client-facing role, managing high-value and complex projects.
  • Develop and manage talented teams, engaging in our local market.
  • Contribute to business strategy, growth, and resource planning.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of planning, developing, and delivering complex construction projects.
  • Strong communication and commercial management skills.
  • Experience contributing to business strategy and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
