Educational Opportunity Teacher Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team as a Year 6 Class Teacher at Wayman Learning Trust in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to inspire children and contribute to our school's mission of nurturing well-rounded, confident learners equipped for their future.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). They should also be a creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner who is passionate about learning and committed to delivering an exceptional educational experience for our students.
Key responsibilities of the role include teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths, and improving weaknesses. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a supportive culture, a Good Ofsted rating, and excellent pastoral care, making us an excellent place for both students and staff members.
