About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your professional qualifications and experience will enable you to make safe clinical decisions and ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and monitor the care team's practice
  • Work closely with other nurses and report to the Deputy Manager
  • Create person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect

Requirements:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks – NMC and CQC
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind, and professional nature
