Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

About the Role:

This is a newly created position within a business-to-consumer property business, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and managing a digital executive. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an industry-leading ecommerce process and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Lead digital innovation and manage the website development pipeline to enhance customer journeys.
  • Analyse and report on performance, optimising the conversion funnel to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to deliver the strategy for paid search, paid social, SEO, Email, and SMS marketing.
  • Manage campaign delivery and activations across digital platforms.
  • Identify and maximise new and existing online revenue generation opportunities through digital platform enhancements.


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in ecommerce, with experience as an experienced manager.
  • A solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles, theory, and best practice.
  • Hands-on experience in managing web development projects to optimise customer journeys and experience.
  • A solid understanding of and experience in managing multiple digital platforms and integrations with backend systems.
  • Web literacy and proficiency in data extraction and the use of databases and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with web tools and platforms.
